Welcome to our San Diego Chapter’s November Event: Watching the 3rd annual San Diego Environmental Film Festival at UCSD!

If you are looking for an opportunity to talk climate with professionals identifying as women or non-binary, you are in the right place! No climate experience necessary.

Our gatherings are a fun way to make new friends and chat about all topics including climate. See a summary of our past events here.

For alerts on future events and access to our free Slack Community, head over to our main site here.

Host(s): Film festival viewing will be organized by WAC San Diego member, Andrea Albanez.

DESCRIPTION: The San Diego Environmental Film Festival is a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring social change through film, art, and storytelling. For the third year, SDEFF will present selected films that showcase the interconnection we need (and disconnection we create) between our communities and the natural world.

Join us on Friday, November 22nd, for the main feature-length film screening and reception and on Saturday, November 23rd, for the full-day film showcase and block party. We will plan to meet 30 minutes before each day’s events to introduce ourselves and break the ice before the film screenings begin!

The 2024 film guide will be announced soon! You can check out last year’s festival film guide here.
