In the mission of uplifting the global standards of living, women play an indispensable role by acting as agents of change, potential, and sustenance.  The 2nd International Conference on Women, Women 2023 is primed to put a spotlight on all Women and address the status quo with respect to the empowerment of the women community. Women 2023 intends to initiate consequential discussions on gender equality issues, women’s engagement in different disciplines, future challenges, and opportunities. It is made a reality through the resourceful collaboration of iConferences with notable educational institutions and scholars in the field. Prioritizing the health concerns, the organizers of Women 2023 have decided to organize the conference via the hybrid platform, yet are determined to ensure the best experience of an educative conference. The conference will take place on 11th – 12th August 2023, Hybrid (Online and In-person), Colombo, Sri Lanka and all experts and enthusiasts are warmly welcome to join this platform and be a part of a network that envisions a change for the better.
