The COVID-19 Pandemic has shed additional light on the differential impact of crisis on women, and highlighted the importance of female representation in decision making roles at the institutional and community level.  While evidence shows that communities and business stand to gain from increased diversity at leadership levels, particularly in emergency crisis response and recovery, women remain largely underrepresented in decision making roles in water.

During this Equal Aqua Webinar, speakers will share entry-points and examples of initiatives to help women advance their careers in the water sector, including networking initiatives and activities to enhance women’s leadership skills.
