Cambodia: Making Peace Work for Everyone: Advancing Women, Peace, and Security in Cambodia

Women are indispensable to preventing conflict, building peace, and fostering recovery. Yet, their voices often remain marginalised in formal peace processes and decision-making. To address this, UN Women, in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Affairs Cambodia and with support from the governments of Canada, the UK, and Australia, hosted a training workshop on November 18-19, 2024. The workshop aimed to deepen the understanding of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Agenda among Cambodian stakeholders.
