The Kurdistan Regional Government plans to slash payments owed for previous shortfalls to international oil producers operating in the semi-autonomous region of Iraq, citing the rise in benchmark Dated Brent prices as well as the fiscal strains caused by the pandemic, the companies -- DNO, Genel and Gulf Keystone -- said May 13.
