Do you need to make a stronger case for amplifying women's voices in mining governance? Do you want to become more skilled at evaluating the impact of mining projects on communities, with a particular emphasis on women? Are you interested in promoting or increasing investment in gender equality in mining governance, and not sure where to start?

UNDP, EGP and Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF) are offering a new FREE Massive Online Open Course on Gender and Mining Governance. This course is facilitated in English, French and Spanish. It compiles research from leading institutions in the sector to build awareness and skills in regard to gender governance in the mining industry.

The course is aimed at representatives of governments, mining companies and civil society working on the promotion of gender equality in the mining industry, but is open to everyone.
