Palladium is seeking a Gender & Social Inclusion (GESI) Manager for the anticipated USAID Kyrgyzstan Green Economy (KGE) opportunity, which is expected to begin in 2025. The Activity will address the climate-related issues in the economy of Kyrgyzstan, more broadly known as the “green economy.” The Activity will include work on a policy framework for sustainable and green solutions in the economy and the promotion of practices that contribute to a green economy within the private and public sectors.

The GESI Manager will serve as an important staff member of the USAID-funded Green Economy project in the Kyrgyz Republic. He/she will oversee the integration of gender equity and social inclusion throughout the KGE activity, including activity design; monitoring and evaluation; and collaboration, learning, and adaptation. The GESI Advisor will support and ensure mainstreaming of GESI principles and objectives across the project and ensure that staff, grantees, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders are trained in effective and practical GESI integration techniques for women, youth, and other marginalized populations.
