The objective of this assignment is to unpack the existing and upcoming gender, climate and social inclusion policies and strategies from the country program and deliver the needed capacity building especially to the different projects that are implementing on the ground at the sub-national level. This capacity development task would be targeting government officials, cooperatives, community-based organizations, and the private sector stakeholders involved in GGGI Ethiopia’s work in the different project locations. The expected outcome would be a well-informed and capacitated stakeholder capable of mainstreaming and implementing green growth projects in an integrated manner that factors from the onset the importance of gender, climate, and social inclusion at all levels.
